I scheduled a cleaning appointment. Never seen dental hygienist, a female dentist stated she would clean my teeth. Constantly asking questions about my implants. Barely scaling my teeth. No rinse, no polish. Stated, highly recommend I surgically remove my implants because they are the wrong implants. When ?? Very soon, I asked for that recommendation in writing she would not. She stated I could get another implant, why would I get another implant?? Perhaps dentures would be better. No you could get implants.. Attempt to create fear of the unknown. A simple cleaning procedure, not a money grab.

The team at Dr. Rosenberg's office have been amazing. Starting from the front desk, by getting me in on the same day that I called (in pain), as a new pt too! Next on to my hygienist, who was the best I have ever had been to before. She eased my nerves and was so gentle and understanding. Had the best cleaning ever. I had to have a root canal emergently, the next day. Dr. Rosenberg has restored my faith in going to the dentist. He was so gentle and fast. Explained everything as he went along. My hygienist that day was great, too. We had a great conversation before my procedure. They made my experience one that I will not forget, for the better this time. After a life time of traumatic dentist visits, I have finally found one to help me get my teeth back in shape and have me smiling again. Thank you everyone, at the office. I appreciate you all.

Dr Rosenberg is really nice and he went the extra mile to save my smile 😁. You can get an appointment in a reasonable time frame, the receptionists are always pleasant, and his neice is the next generation of dentists! I hate the dentist, but this office is really not so bad to go to. Thanks!

I switched from WNY Dental group, which seemed to lack consistency. Rosenberg office and medical staff are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Totally different vibe from my last place. Everyone seems to actually enjoy their job, not always a common culture. Totally recommend them...felt very relaxed from entering to exiting the building. 👍👍

Rosenberg Dental is the most caring dental practice I've been to! Everyone I encountered at my appointment today was beyond caring, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Rosenberg is kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. He's very honest with his pricing, and explains treatment options in a relatable way, not just saying what needs to be done but "why" and your treatment as a whole process. The office is extremely clean, with a comfy waiting room and added touches that feel like home. I highly recommend this practice!!
